5 very effective folk remedies for mouth ulcers

Mouth ulcers are a condition in which the mouth cavity appears with tiny round or oval blisters, 2-10mm in diameter. The blisters appear on the tongue, gums, inside of the cheeks, lips, and palate, then burst and cause ulcers.

Mouth ulcers can occur due to internal heat in the body, lack of vitamin C, lack of fiber, or eating few fruits and vegetables. In addition, mouth ulcers can also occur due to damage to the oral mucosa, bacteria living in tartar, stress, body fluid disorders, or trauma leading to infection.

Malabar spinach leaves contain ingredients that have effects similar to the Eclipta prostrata plant, which has the effect of cooling the blood, activating blood circulation, diuresis, and detoxification.

To treat mouth ulcers with Malabar spinach leaves, you just need to take a handful of Malabar spinach leaves, wash them, crush them, put them in a blender, puree them, filter the juice, discard the pulp, and mix with a little honey.
