Many people have the habit of bringing their phones into the toilet to use, but they do not know that this poses many potential risks.
Mobile phones have become a real "friend" in many people's lives. They feel anxious when they have to leave their phones for a few hours.

Many people even bring their phones into the toilet to use. Below are 5 common dangers when you use your phone while going to the toilet, according to The Paper.

- Spreading bacteria

Dangerous bacteria in the toilet can silently stick to your mobile phone. You can wash your hands with soap after going to the toilet, but you cannot wash your phone. These bacteria are the cause of disease and spread of pathogens because they still "reside" in the phone.

- Difficulty going to the toilet

Playing with your phone while going to the toilet will distract you, making defecation difficult. If going to the toilet is often delayed like this, the body will be affected, constipation will occur.

- Hemorrhoids

Playing with the phone in the toilet will prolong the time of defecation, forcing you to sit for a long time, causing anal obstruction. Sitting too long in the toilet position can cause rectal varicose veins, causing hemorrhoids or diseases such as rectal mucosal peeling.

- Numbness in the legs

Sitting in the toilet position for too long causes blood to flow down, causing insufficient blood supply to the brain. Many people will feel dizzy if they stand up suddenly. Not only that, the amount of oxygen supplied to the cells is not enough, leading to numbness in the legs.

- Dropping the phone

When bringing the phone into the toilet, there will be times when you do not pay attention and the phone slips out of your hand and falls into the toilet. Getting the phone up from the toilet is not easy and it is very likely that your phone will be damaged.
