Abandoned but Not Forgotten: Blind and Deaf 15-Year-Old Dog Rescued Near Car Wash

A fragile 15-year-old dog who had lost both his sight and hearing was discovered wandering dangerously close to traffic near a local car wash, apparently abandoned by the family he once trusted.
